“Mark and I have worked in the sustainability field for more than 40 years combined. Our principal involvement in philanthropy in Australia is with the Australian Wildlife Conservancy, while in Zambia we support several initiatives around the South Luangwa National Park. This includes work on antipoaching (Conservation South Luangwa) species research (Zambia Carnivore Programme), environmental education (Chipembele Foundation) and driving community benefit through arrested deforestation using the global carbon offset market (Biocarbon Partners). We are also social impact investors in the oyster and seaweed industry in Australia and in handcrafted home interiors in Zambia.”

“We joined the AEGN because we want to meet others who are interested in sharing their success through environmental philanthropy, to share ideas and dilemmas, and find further inspiration from the work of other like-minded people.”
