Office Manager

As our Office Manager, you will undertake and oversee all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the AEGN office, and provide coordination and administration support for key operational processes. We are a small team, so you will design processes for everyone to follow as well as get hands on to deliver.

Event and Office Coordinator

As our Events and Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for AEGN events, administration and maintenance of the AEGN member database, and general office administration support. We are a small team, so you will oversee processes for others to follow, as well as get hands on to deliver.

Communications Manager

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for reviewing and leading a communications strategy to lift the profile and engagement of members through:

  • analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of all communication channels and resource tools;
  • implementing the new brand content across all communications;
  • coordinating the publication of newsletters including commissioning content;
  • working closely with the executive, staff and members to promote environmental philanthropy.
