Ella Colley
CEO at Gum Tree Foundation

Ella is the CEO of the Gum Tree Foundation, a Charitable Trust supporting organisations working for First Nations self-determination, thriving natural systems, democracy and human rights. She is a Director of the Nature Impact Collective - a collaboration of funders investing strategically to protect and restore Australian nature.

Ella has over 15 years experience in leadership, communications and campaigning roles with environmental and education organisations. Prior to the Gum Tree Foundation, Ella was Head of Creative at Greenpeace Australia Pacific, leading content and storytelling for campaigns and non-violent direct actions.

Ella holds an MA International Affairs and Media from the New School in New York City, and a BA International Studies from RMIT University in Melbourne.
