Mele-Ane Havea

Mele-Ane works at the intersection of governance, leadership, culture, and systems change. She is a board director, facilitator, coach, and former CEO with a background spanning law, investment, executive leadership, and community practice. She holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and is known for helping boards and leadership teams navigate complexity with clarity, relational intelligence, and strategic focus. 

Mele-Ane is Chair of B Lab Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, where she has helped grow the B Corp movement across the region and contributed to its global evolution. Her work focuses on aligning purpose, governance, culture, and action in service of more regenerative and just systems.

Drawing on her Tongan, Dutch, and Australian heritage, Mele-Ane brings a grounded, relational approach to facilitation and collective leadership.
