Zoe served as the Member for Goldstein from 2022 to 2025, becoming the first woman elected to represent the historically Liberal-held Victorian seat.
Prior to entering Parliament, she spent almost three decades as one of Australia's most accomplished foreign correspondents, including postings as ABC Washington Bureau Chief (2015–2019), Southeast Asia Correspondent (2009–2013), and Africa Correspondent (2005–2007). She is a strategic consultant, executive coach, and the author of three books.
Zoe brings the rigour of someone trained to read complex systems under pressure, the credibility of someone who has operated across conflict zones, legislatures, and executive media environments, and the integrity of someone who has consistently placed democratic principle above partisan convenience.
