Rachel Kerry

Chief Executive Officer at CAGES Foundation

Rachel Kerry is the Chief Executive Officer of the CAGES Foundation, a Gadigal (Sydney) based family foundation that supports First Nations-led initiatives and community-driven solutions.

Rachel has over twenty-five years’ experience in philanthropy and corporate responsibility with a background in financial services and responsible travel. Rachel joined the CAGES Foundation in 2011 and served as Executive Officer before being appointed CEO in November 2023.

Prior to this she held roles at Westpac Foundation, Perpetual Limited and World Expeditions building expertise in strategic philanthropy, community engagement, partnerships and non-profit governance. Rachel also currently serves as a non-Indigenous Director for Ngimiliko Kunta, an Aboriginal-led organisation dedicated to centring First Nations languages, Cultures, and worldviews and is the Co Chair of the Cross Executive Group for Learning the Macleay, a place-based initiative on Dunghutti Country.
