Jo Norman
Director at Norman Family Foundation

Jo worked in the tourism sector for over 20 years in various sales and relationship management roles and now leads her family’s philanthropy as a director of the Norman Family Foundation.

Her deep respect for nature and the way it sustains all life, informs the family’s giving into environmental projects including climate advocacy, landscape & rivers protection and restoration, ocean health and First Nations economic development. Enabling leadership through the empowerment of women and girls is also a passion for Jo, as the second significant area of the family’s philanthropic giving. She is a member of ActionAid Australia’s Arise Leadership Circle. 

Jo lives by the ocean and enjoys the wellbeing fostered by a rural coastal lifestyle.
