Georgina Woods has twenty-five years’ experience in paid and unpaid environmental activism and advocacy for biodiversity conservation and against the causes of climate change. Her work has taken her from the paddocks and forests of rural resistance coal and gas mining, to the hallways of UN climate conferences and the decks of the Rainbow Warrior. For most of the last thirteen years she has worked for Lock the Gate Alliance, where she now shares the role of National Coordinator with Ellen Roberts.
