Major Giving Circle Manager at Groundswell Giving

Stephen is a climate donor and impact investor, passionate about expanding climate philanthropy. He funds strategic advocacy and high-impact solutions to help accelerate the clean energy transition with a justice-lens. At Groundswell, he leads the Major Giving Circle, a collective of new and experienced funders supporting high-impact, strategic climate advocacy. 

He is also helping to establish an Australian version of Resource Generation, focused on shifting power and mobilising wealth towards community-led impact. He is an advisory member of Regen Labs and a former board member of Solar Citizens. Before pivoting to climate work, Stephen spent 12 years in education, first as a high school history and English teacher, and later in university student recruitment and enrichment.
