Amanda Larsson is the Global Project Lead for Agriculture at Greenpeace, where she heads the international campaign to transform global food systems. Her work focuses on halting the expansion of industrial livestock production while scaling resilient, ecological alternatives that support both people and the planet.
An ecological economist by training, Amanda has championed biodiversity protection and climate action across grassroots, corporate, political, and NGO sectors. Since joining Greenpeace in 2016, she has driven impactful campaigns centered on both food system transformation and the energy transition. Originally from the west coast of Sweden, Amanda has called Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) home since 2014.
