Hear from two pioneers in this space – Bert Glover, Managing Director of Impact Ag partners and Dr Terry McCosker, Co-Founder of Resource Consulting Services & Carbon Link.
Co-hosted by Hayley Morris, AEGN member, this session will be both informative and interactive as we invite members to provide feedback and ideas on ways to grow the soil carbon market in Australia.

About the speakers
- Dr. Terry McCosker is one of the great innovators of Australian agriculture. He co-founded RCS Australia in 1985 which has set the benchmark for capacity building in rural and regional Australia.
One of his greatest lifetime achievements has been to bridge the gap between the contesting paradigms of traditional agriculture and regenerative agriculture. In doing so, he helps to ensure the long-term survival of Australian agriculture and its farming families.
Since 2007, Terry has pioneered soil carbon and carbon farming with research and commercial activity. He is Chairman of Carbon Link Limited, an agricultural carbon aggregator which was awarded a Commonwealth commercialisation grant of almost $1 million in 2016.
- Bert Glover has turned his 25 years of agribusiness experience towards asset management to meet the growing demand from family offices, corporate and private clients. He has studied agricultural economics, sustainable agriculture and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Bert’s expertise has been instrumental in implementing practical and effective management strategies, delivering positive outcomes for clients through continuous improvement. Bert has been involved in multiple value chain initiatives and supply chain collaborations for beef and lamb producers to improve on farm profitability through vertical integration.
Bert values performance data and business benchmarking. As a resultt, he co-founded agricultural software company Maia Technology which develops decision support and data capture tools for the agricultural industry.
