On this day, 22nd February 2019, we hereby give notice to the members of AEGN that our present auditors Ernst & Young have resigned from the AEGN with the consent of ASIC.
As Ernst & Young have been the AEGN’s auditors for 10 years, the decision taken by Ernst & Young to resign was for good corporate governance reasons.
The new incoming auditor appointed by the Board of AEGN is Sean Denham.
