Charmaine has worked in the for-purpose sector for 12 years in senior operational and executive roles.

Most recently, Charmaine was Director Culture and Capability at SANE Australia and the Director of The Dax Centre. Before moving into the for-purpose sector, Charmaine held senior roles at Telstra across marketing and strategy.

Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Bachelor of Marketing from Monash University.
