Terms and conditions of ticket sales and fees:
- The event fee is to be paid in full within one week of booking the event.
- Cancellations are to be made in writing.
- Cancellations are to be made four weeks before the event date.
- Where cancellations are received less than four weeks before the event, no refund is available, but substitute delegates are welcome.
- Cancellations received before this date may substitute delegates (to be approved by the AEGN) or request a refund of registration fees less an administration charge (50 per cent of ticket price).
- If the event is cancelled 100 per cent of the fee will be refunded.
- The AEGN will actively seek new participants to fill any vacancies created by cancellations.
- The AEGN reserves the right to vary this policy where circumstances are considered to warrant a variation.
