Event cancellation policy

Terms and conditions of ticket sales and fees:

  1. The event fee is to be paid in full within one week of booking the event.
  2. Cancellations are to be made in writing.
  3. Cancellations are to be made four weeks before the event date.
  4. Where cancellations are received less than four weeks before the event, no refund is available, but substitute delegates are welcome.
  5. Cancellations received before this date may substitute delegates (to be approved by the AEGN) or request a refund of registration fees less an administration charge (50 per cent of ticket price).
  6. If the event is cancelled 100 per cent of the fee will be refunded.
  7. The AEGN will actively seek new participants to fill any vacancies created by cancellations.
  8. The AEGN reserves the right to vary this policy where circumstances are considered to warrant a variation.
