Part of our nature funder group

Australia’s network of reserves on public land protect some of our most incredible natural landscapes and are home to species found nowhere else on earth. In this session we will explore how Australia’s protected area network stacks up against our International obligations to protect nature, how each State and Territory is fairing and where the key gaps are. WWF Australia’s Dr Stuart Blanch will be our guest who will share his expertise gathered from 25 years in the field.

We will also hear from Rob Pallin, the Director of the Paddy Pallin Foundation who has been funding public land conservation for decades, and Bruce McGregor from the Melliodora Fund will walk us through which organisations are working on protected areas across Australia.
