Anna Langdon

Executive Officer

Anna Langdon is the Executive Officer at the Australian Environmental Grantmakers Network (AEGN), supporting the CEO and team to deliver on an ambitious strategy through facilitating effective collaboration.

In this role, Anna will work closely across projects focused on scaling environmental philanthropy and transforming Australia’s food systems. 

With over a decade of experience in systems innovation and human-centred design, Anna is skilled in facilitation, co-design, coaching, innovation processes, design research, system mapping, capability building and scaling effective practices. Anna has led complex, multi-stakeholder projects that bring diverse groups together to collaborate on social and environmental challenges. Before joining AEGN, Annawas a Senior Social Innovator at The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI), working nationally and internationally on initiatives advancing social impact. Earlier in her career Anna was Lead Experience Designer at Wildwon, helping to galvanise networks within the purpose-driven business community by designing experiences that inspired connection, courage, and collective action.

Anna is a guest lecturer and tutor in the Master of Design program at UNSW, specialising in Critical Approaches to Design for social and environmental futures. Also a practicing artist and musician, Anna is deeply passionate about the role of creativity and the arts in meaning-making, community resilience, and reimagining our shared relationship with each other and the planet.
