Emma is an accomplished public affairs and government relations leader, with expertise in public policy reform, political strategy and high-impact campaigning.

She worked as Chief of Staff to Federal Independent Member of Parliament Kylea Tink MP, and previously as Chief of Staff and senior advisor to former leaders of the Australian Greens Senator Christine Milne and Senator Bob Brown. 

She has a proven track record in senior leadership across the environmental and human rights not-for-profit sector working with Oxfam Australia, Amnesty International and GetUp.
