Margie has extensive experience working in nature conservation and philanthropy, most recently with the Tasmanian Land Conservancy, as well as with Landcare Tasmania and the Environmental Defenders Office.
Prior to these roles, Margie worked in Antarctica with the Australian Antarctic Division, as a ranger in Tasmania and as a guide in Cradle Mountain and Freycinet.
Margie is committed to working towards a world where people flourish, our communities are engaged, the landscape is resilient, native species thrive and precious places are protected. She loves good wine and food with friends and family and is an aspiring surfer.
